- Platinum sponsorship level located at tables #16-18 – blue on the map.
- Gold sponsorship level may select the location of the sponsor table in the hotel lobby/corridor for an additional $200. Please list the top three location choices (tables #1-15 and #19-25 – yellow on the map) on the registration form.
- Silver sponsorship level located at tables #26-29 – gray on the map.
- The location of the vendor tables will be determined by the sponsor level and the conference committee.
- Tables 30-34 are reserved and not available for sponsorship.

Conference registration and hotel accommodations
- Sponsors will be emailed the conference registration link. Registration will include lunch.
- DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Seattle Airport Southcenter 16500 Southcenter Parkway, Seattle WA 98188. Hotel rooms are $149.00 + tax single/double occupancy.
